Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily multifamily operations on-site. You will aid leasing, rent collection, and financial reporting while delivering excellent resident service.

You will work closely with the Property Manager and handle move-ins/outs, inspections, and regulatory compliance to uphold SunRidge’s standards and community goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Working knowledge of property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with state lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leasing activity, occupancy, and financial performance.
• Maintain up-to-date resident records including rent payments, deposits, and lease documents.
• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing all aspects of community operations.
