Job summary

SunRidge Management Group Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for a multifamily community. The role focuses on leading day-to-day operations, leasing performance, financial oversight, and strong resident relations.

You will mentor the Assistant Manager, coordinate with the corporate AVP, and ensure service levels align with SunRidge standards. On-site presence is required, with occasional weekend needs as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficient in property management systems (OneSite/Yardi) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, collections, renewals, resident satisfaction, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations including Fair Housing, ADA, and codes.
• Communicate property performance and needs with the AVP regularly.
• Recruit, onboard, and train on-site staff including leasing, maintenance, and admin.
• Lead marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals and oversee market surveys.
