SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a multifamily community. This on-site role supports leasing, rent collection, reporting, and resident service, reporting to the Property Manager and ensuring SunRidge’s standards of excellence.

Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of multifamily property management or leasing, working knowledge of OneSite/Yardi and MS Office, and familiarity with lease documents and Fair Housing laws.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Working knowledge of property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with state lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.

Responsabilidades

• Generate reports tracking leasing activity, occupancy, and financial performance.
• Maintain resident records including rent payments and leases.
• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing all community operations.
• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and process leasing paperwork.
