SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant/Leasing Consultant for an on-site role at a multifamily community. You will support leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and resident services under the supervision of the Property Manager.

You will conduct tours, process applications, renewals, move-ins/move-outs, and coordinate with maintenance. Proficiency with OneSite/Yardi and MS Office is preferred; weekend availability may be required.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Familiarity with state lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Generate leasing activity reports and maintain accurate resident records.
• Greet prospective residents and complete leasing paperwork.
• Process renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and schedule tours.
• Support marketing and conduct local market surveys.
• Coordinate with maintenance and manage service requests.
