Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in daily maintenance of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will support make-ready processes under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and timely repairs across buildings and common areas.

Typical responsibilities include responding to resident requests, scheduling maintenance, inspecting grounds, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• On-site knowledge of housing maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform regular/daily on-site maintenance tasks and cosmetic upkeep as directed.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and document service requests and logs.
• Assist with make-ready process and unit inspections.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of community facilities and grounds.
