Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance operations across the community. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. You will participate in make-ready tasks, respond to work orders, and support on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
