Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance, make-ready tasks, and routine repairs across our properties. The role includes responding to resident requests, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with safety and compliance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community common areas, buildings, and units
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and make-ready tasks
• Maintain outdoor areas, pools, and logs for chemical use
• Assist in safety and compliance with OSHA standards and company policies
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with tasks as needed
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community
