Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to support our property portfolio. You will perform preventive, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance, assist with make-readies, and respond to resident requests under supervision.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork across properties. The position requires a High School Diploma and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance for common areas and units, ensuring timely repairs.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders.
• Assist with scheduling and performing maintenance/turn events.
• Conduct pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify hazards and maintenance needs.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and enforce safety practices.
• Maintain records of service requests, maintenance, and compliance.
