Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support community maintenance across our properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks and safety compliance.

Regular on-site attendance, responding to requests, and keeping accurate records are essential. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive, corrective, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance in all tasks.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
