Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with the maintenance of our properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.

The role requires regular on-site work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community, common areas, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and service orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and safety compliance per OSHA guidelines.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs up to date.
• Assist with make-ready processes and inspections as needed.
