Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance of our communities, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will support make-ready processes under supervision to meet property objectives.

The role requires daily on-site presence, strong safety awareness, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure high standards of care and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and on-site upkeep of common areas, buildings and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and housekeeping of the property including pool and exterior areas.
• Assist with inventory management and record-keeping of service requests and safety logs.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor with safety programs and on-call emergencies.
