Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a 163-unit multifamily community in Uptown Lake Apartments. The role drives on-site operations, leasing support, budgeting, and superior resident service to achieve renewals and profitability.

You will lead a on-site team, coordinate maintenance, marketing, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences for residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years on-site multifamily property management experience required, including leasing, resident support, and rent collection/delinquency duties.
• Yardi systems experience required; CRM, RentCafe and Knock preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or vocational training accepted with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with overall operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and lease administration.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to increase renewals and profitability.
• Manage day-to-day on-site team operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain residents' files and a positive living environment; resolve conflicts promptly.
• Coordinate marketing, advertising tracking, and leasing/renewal paperwork to meet goals.
