Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager, Multifamily, to support the on-site property management team across maintenance, leasing, and budgets. You will help drive capital improvements, ensure market-ready standards, and deliver exceptional resident service.

You will collaborate with the Property Manager to forecast, report, and optimize operations while guiding staff and maintaining positive leasing performance. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer focus.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic internet navigation.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasting, reports, and lease administration.
• Experience supervising and coaching on-site staff and teams.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Property Manager with overall operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, and marketing.
• Support leasing staff to meet marketing and renewal goals and deliver superior customer service to residents and prospects.
• Maintain resident files, follow Cushman & Wakefield policies, and ensure on-site operations run smoothly.
• Hire, train, and coach on-site staff; resolve conflicts and maintain a positive living environment.
