Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate Property Manager for multifamily communities. You will support the Regional Property Manager in daily operations, lead on-site teams, and ensure market-ready property condition with top-tier service.

Responsibilities include budgeting, lease administration, marketing collaboration, and performing client-ready reporting while maintaining strong resident relations and high renewal potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong background in property management desired.
• Experience managing teams and day-to-day operations in multifamily properties.
• Proven ability to handle budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Property Manager with overall building operations.
• Ensure smooth, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, marketing, and service contracts.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects to drive renewals and revenue.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Lead on-site team and hire/coach staff as needed.
• Maintain resident files and ensure positive living environment.
