Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks an Assistant Property Manager, Multifamily to maintain market-ready communities and lead a high-performing on-site team. You will assist the Property Manager with operations, leasing, budgeting, and customer service to maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of property management experience and 1+ years of supervisory experience, with strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, marketing, and vendor management.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track and evaluate advertising and resident traffic.
• Support the on-site team and ensure policy adherence.
• Hire, train, and coach on-site staff as needed.
• Maintain residents' files per company standards.
• Foster a positive living environment through conflict resolution and follow-up.
• Assist with budget and financial management of the property.
• Collaborate with leasing staff to meet marketing goals.
