Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager, Multifamily to support the daily operations of our Thrive at Creekside community. You will work closely with the Property Manager to drive budget adherence, capital improvements, and lease administration while delivering exceptional service to residents and prospects.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team across maintenance, leasing, and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in property management or multi-family operations is desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations with the Property Manager.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and lease administration.
• Deliver superior customer service to residents and prospects to improve renewals and occupancy.
• Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with leasing staff to meet marketing and leasing goals.
