Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an Assistant Property Manager, Multifamily to oversee day-to-day operations across communities and ensure market-ready standards. You will support the Property Manager in maintenance, leasing, budgeting, reporting, and resident relations to maximize occupancy, revenue, and service excellence.

In this role you will build and coach on-site teams, maintain resident files, handle renewals, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering superior customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations to ensure smooth running in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Property Manager with maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Assist with lease administration, renewals, and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy.
• Maintain residents' files and provide superior customer service to residents and prospects.
• Coach on-site staff and ensure adherence to Cushman & Wakefield policies.
