Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Multifamily communities in Minnesota. The role supports the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and reporting to keep properties market-ready and profitable.

You will lead on-site teams, hire and train staff, ensure resident satisfaction, and help achieve leasing and marketing goals while upholding Cushman & Wakefield policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site multifamily property management experience.
• 1+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and lease renewals.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects.
• Maintain on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching.
• Manage the community budget and finances; work with leasing staff to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures.
