Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager, Multifamily to keep our communities market-ready and service-focused. You will support the Property Manager with operations, budgeting, lease administration and marketing, while driving high-performing on-site teams.

You will engage residents and prospects, manage files, and help optimize renewals, revenue and profitability across properties, including coordinating staff and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED also acceptable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Experience in property management or related real estate operations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Property Manager with leasing, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost renewals and profitability.
• Prepare lease/renewal paperwork and assist with marketing and tenant communications.
• Support on-site staff through hiring, coaching and performance management.
