Cox Fleet seeks a Mobile Trailer Technician II to perform certified DOT inspections, PMs, light repairs, and related tasks at customer sites. Work involves field diagnostics, component repairs, and documentation using TRAIT, with supervision for advanced tasks.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 3–5 years in trailers, and a valid license. This on-site role includes a strong safety culture and growth opportunities within Cox Fleet.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related field experience welcomed.
• Ability to supply basic hand tools for field service.
• DOT/FMCSA regulations knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers at customer sites.
• Document work using company TRAIT app and upload RO photos.
• Diagnose electrical components and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain and operate company service vehicle; conduct safety checks.
• Independently manage parts inventory and scheduling.
