Qualifications

• Proficient typing (30 WPM, 80% accuracy) and CRM usage.
• Strong computer and Internet skills; able to navigate for customers.
• Ability to learn quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and chats through the Automotive E-commerce Portal.
• Provide professional sales-assisted customer experience to influence purchasing decisions.
• Use multiple systems to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information.
• Resolve complex interactions with escalation when needed.
• Document customer interactions and follow up via phone or email.
• Stay knowledgeable of processes and procedures through daily information exchanges.
• Support consumer sales and product inquiries and assist in locating parts.
• Complete projects and additional duties as assigned.
