Job summary

Percepta in Melbourne, Florida is hiring a Customer Care Representative to be onsite and deliver exceptional service to dealership personnel and vehicle owners. You will listen actively, provide accurate solutions, and contribute to a positive customer experience as part of a people-first culture.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The role includes benefits such as health/dental/vision, 401(k), paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, EAP, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required; not necessarily in a call center.
• Experience typing and using multiple programs to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for dealership personnel and vehicle owners and deliver exceptional service.
• Listen actively, provide accurate solutions, and resolve inquiries across channels.
• Research, document, and follow up on customer inquiries using available systems.
• Meet performance standards for productivity, quality, and reliability.
• Escalate program concerns and contribute ideas for improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in training and meetings.
