Percepta is hiring a Customer Care Representative to be onsite in Melbourne, Florida, supporting dealership personnel and vehicle owners. You will listen, research, and resolve inquiries across channels while delivering exceptional service that builds trust.

You will meet performance standards, mentor peers as needed, and participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required; not necessarily in a call center.
• Excellent customer service ability.
• Ability to maneuver through various systems to provide accurate information.
• Strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer care by responding to inquiries across phone, email, web forms, and online applications.
• Navigate multiple systems to research, resolve, document, and follow up on inquiries.
• Meet or exceed productivity, accessibility, quality, and reliability standards.
• Identify program concerns and communicate them to the appropriate lead or manager.
