Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required; call center experience not required.
• Ability to type and navigate multiple programs to assist dealers and owners.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for dealership personnel and vehicle owners.
• Listen, respond, and provide accurate solutions across channels (phone, email, web forms).
• Research, document, and resolve inquiries; follow up as needed.
• Meet performance standards for productivity, quality, and reliability.
• Mentor teammates and back up SMEs when required.
• Adhere to policies and participate in training and meetings.
