Job summary

Percepta in Melbourne, FL is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite CRC team and deliver exceptional support to automotive customers. You’ll resolve questions, document interactions, and help customers find the right solutions with professionalism and care.

You’ll work 40 hours per week with a starting pay rate of $15.00 per hour, plus benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, EAP, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver professional service.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns.
