Job summary

Percepta is seeking an Automotive Customer Service Representative to join on-site in Melbourne, Florida. You will provide online customers with a professional sales experience and assist with pre- and post-purchase support via phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving, exceptional communication, and sales skills, with automotive background preferred. Starting pay is $15.00/hour, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities through Percepta

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college or vocational training preferred.
• Sales experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Solid typing skills (30 WPM with 80%).
• Experience using CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Provide online customers with a professional sales experience via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with pre- and post-purchase support and purchase transactions.
• Document customer interactions and locate requested information.
• Escalate complex issues as needed with SME or Team Lead guidance.
• Follow up with customers via phone or email when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge related to program support.
• Handle additional projects and duties as assigned.
