Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) seeks a Medical Support Assistant (MSA) for on-site work at the Ukiah VA Outpatient Clinic. The contractor will handle appointment scheduling, front desk duties, and patient communications in line with VA directives.

The role requires clerical experience, English fluency, and comfort with medical terminology. Security clearance eligibility and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months general clerical experience required.
• 6 months experience with computer programs for scheduling.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Typing 45–60 wpm with minimum errors.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and coordinate appointments per VA directives.
• Answer phone calls and front desk duties Monday–Friday.
• Ensure timely patient communications with the scheduling team.
• Support quality improvement to meet performance measures.
• Provide professional customer service to patients, families, VA staff, and contractors.
