Connectly Recruiting in Dayton, OH is seeking an On-Site Recruiter for manufacturing, focusing on hourly roles in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and on-site HR team to source, interview, and onboard candidates, while driving standard processes.

The role emphasizes high-volume recruitment, college/community outreach, and engagement with hiring managers to build pipelines and implement effective strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred, experience considered in lieu
• 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing
• Experience recruiting hourly and salary team members
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades)
• Experience improving recruitment strategies
• HRIS experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are being utilized
• Update management on status of unfilled positions
• Work with hiring teams on interviewing compliance
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts
• Participate in college and community job fair programs
• Work to continuously improve talent acquisition programs
• Utilize the current HRIS and work to improve functionality
• Other duties as directed by management
