Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking an On-Site Recruiter for a manufacturing environment in Dayton, OH. This role focuses on high-volume hourly recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to fill skilled trades positions and technical roles.

You will drive recruitment strategies, participate in internships, and help streamline onboarding and interviewing processes while supporting community involvement and employer branding.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salary team members.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• Experience improving recruitment strategies.
• HRIS experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and employer branding.
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes.
• Update management on status of unfilled positions.
• Work with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Develop external relationships to support recruitment.
• Participate in college and community job fairs.
• Improve talent acquisition programs and utilize HRIS.
• Other duties as directed by management.
