Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Recruiter for manufacturing in Dayton, OH. The role focuses on high-volume hourly recruitment with a strong emphasis on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding skilled trades.

You'll partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to build pipelines, engage with local colleges, and implement effective recruiting strategies while maintaining work-life balance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting hourly and salary roles; technical recruiting preferred.

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and salary recruitment.

• Engage with communities and schools for outreach.
