Job summary

The position requires 3–5 years in talent acquisition within manufacturing, with experience recruiting hourly and salary staff, plus familiarity with HRIS and recruiting tools.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting hourly and salary team members.
• Experience recruiting technical roles such as engineering and skilled trades.
• Experience improving recruitment strategies.
• HRIS experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer.
• Utilize current recruitment tools and HRIS.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes.
• Update management on status of unfilled positions.
• Work with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
