Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting hourly and salary team members.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• Experience improving recruitment strategies and processes.
• HRIS experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and support salary recruitment.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and brand awareness as a premier employer.
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are used.
