Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing is required.
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salary roles.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades) is a plus.
• Experience improving recruitment strategies and working with HRIS.
