Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance activities across our properties. You’ll perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring make-readies meet property objectives and safety standards.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, maintaining pool and grounds, and assisting with inventory and records. Strong attention to safety and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily community maintenance and repairs of common areas, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and keep accurate records and logs.
• Assist with make-ready processes and housekeeping of office and model units.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure safety compliance.
