Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across our community portfolio. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager guidance.

Responsibilities include daily on-site attendance, responding to work orders, pool maintenance, safety compliance with OSHA and EPA standards, and assisting with make-ready and inspections. Strong customer relations are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program for the property.
• Assist in unit inspections and inventory monitoring as requested.
• Be on-call for on-site emergencies at the community.
