Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across properties. You will perform corrective and preventive maintenance, assist with make-ready processes, and help keep common areas, buildings, and units in top condition.

The role requires on-site work, strong attention to safety, and the ability to respond to resident requests quickly. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are expected, with OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready processes to meet property objectives.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in all work activities.
• Assist in inventory and record-keeping for work orders and maintenance activities.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in daily operations.
