Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep across communities. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance, assist with make-ready, and respond to resident requests in a timely manner.

Daily duties include inspecting grounds, maintaining safety practices, keeping accurate logs, and coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor. A strong work ethic and basic computer skills are required; on-call emergencies are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
• Perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance
• Assist with the make-ready process and scheduling of maintenance/repair-related turn events
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and accurate records of service requests and safety logs
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards and OSHA guidelines
