• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas.
• Assist with the maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety practices.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and keep chemical logs.
• Assist in daily upkeep of offices and common areas.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
