Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across properties, performing corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

You will assist with make-ready processes, respond to resident requests, maintain safety standards, and participate in on-call emergencies while upholding Asset Living’s quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes for the property including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks.
• Support make-ready process in line with property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings and units promptly.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain maintenance shop, inventory, and safety standards; follow OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in unit inspections and on-call emergency coverage as needed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on repairs, scheduling and records.
