Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance processes across a residential property. You will support corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include community maintenance, on-site attendance, responding to requests, pool maintenance, grounds care, unit readiness, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and on-site duties as described, including routine, corrective, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs; inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and accurate records of service requests and make-ready status.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and assist in inventory monitoring and safety compliance.
