Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out maintenance across properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. The role operates under supervision and supports make-ready processes to meet property objectives.

You will handle on-site repairs, assist with turn events, and maintain records while following safety protocols and OSHA guidelines. Regular on-site attendance and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Maintain well-organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
