Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property maintenance in Wheat Ridge, CO. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine and emergency tasks, and assist with the make-ready process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, along with strong customer service to respond to resident requests.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine, preventative, emergency maintenance tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds.
• Perform pool maintenance and document chemical logs.
• Assist with make-ready process and unit inspections.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
