Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Colorado Springs property. The role supports maintenance processes, makes ready units, and assists the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure safe, clean, and well‑maintained community spaces.

Key duties include responding to requests, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and housing regulations. On‑call responsibilities and a strong customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance tasks: corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA/EPA compliance; follow company policies.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
