Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance at a Colorado property. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, and regular on-site work to ensure clean, safe community operations and timely service to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and daily onsite attendance is required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the exterior of the community and common areas, including pools and grounds.
• Maintain accurate records regarding service requests, safety standards, and make-ready status.
