Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance for our community properties. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine and cosmetic work under supervision, respond to resident requests, and assist in make-ready and turnover processes to ensure high-quality living spaces.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred, with a focus on safety and timely service

Responsibilities

• Perform community and unit maintenance, including corrective, preventive, routine and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident and management work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with make-ready, turnover, and scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance while operating tools and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of service requests, inspections and maintenance progress.
