Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance, including repairs, make-ready tasks, and safety compliance, under supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, with strong customer service and willingness to work on-call.

Full-time, on-site position with on-call property emergencies and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks and cosmetic repairs to keep properties in excellent condition.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and record-keeping of service requests and make-ready status.
