Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Responsibilities include paperwork, inventory, safety, and resident relations; it is a full-time, on-site position with on-call duties

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes: corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Perform make-ready and related tasks under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Maintain daily logs, safety practices, and inventory as requested.
• Respond to resident/management requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Support on-call emergency duties and ensure safety standards are met.
