Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance operations at our Indian Hills, CO community. You will assist with corrective, preventive and cosmetic maintenance, perform make-ready tasks, and ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas and units.

You must have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws. Regular onsite attendance and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes for the property, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain and inspect common areas, buildings and units; support make-ready processes and safety programs.
