Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance on a multi-family property. You will handle corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks, and support make-ready processes under supervision.

Regular on-site attendance and responsive handling of work orders are expected. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Carry out make-ready processes under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
