Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property teams. The role involves maintenance across the community, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

On-site duties require regular attendance, quick response to requests and work orders, pool upkeep, grounds inspection, and assisting with make-ready events. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks for community common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety records.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and make-ready processes.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA guidelines.
• Attend on-call emergencies as needed.
